The Office of the President, Office of the Vice-President, and Office of the Secretary-General are now open for the students to join. The members of the different offices will work together with the assigned Top officer for the whole of SY 2009-2010.

Office of the President
Sanggunian External Affiliations Team
The External Affiliations Team will be in charge of assisting the President in coordinating with external individuals, bodies or entities that function within the jurisdiction of the President’s responsibilities. The External Affiliations team, together with other members of the Sanggunian will be in charge of communication with groups such as the Sanggunian High School (Sanggu-HS) as well as the Ateneo Grade School Class Officers’ Movement (AGSCOM) among other student groups within Ateneo and the Student Councils Alliance of the Philippines (SCAP) as well as Union of Catholic Student Councils (UCSC) among student groups outside Ateneo. The External Affiliations Team will likewise aid in coordinating with non-student groups within and outside the Loyola Schools.
Sanggunian DREAM Team
The Disaster Response Emergency Assistance and Management (DREAM) Team is an arm of the Sanggunian that is called upon by the Office of the President for disaster relief. It is a group of student-volunteers that handles collection, packing and distribution of relief resources for victims of major natural calamities.

Sanggunian Internals Team
The Internals Team will coordinate and execute measures that oversee the 1) general progress of the Sanggunian internal systems (i.e. project monitoring, implementation, etc) as well as the 2) overall welfare of all the Sanggunian Officers (i.e. formation, consultation etc) over the course of the year. The aim of the office is to aid in the efficiency and effectiveness of Sanggunian efforts by providing a sound professional and personal environment for the Sanggunian officers.
Sanggunian Committee on Constitutional Amendments
The CCA, recognizing the need to review the current constitution of the undergraduate students of the Loyola Schools based on 1) evaluation of current processes and 2) responding to the present needs of the LS students via the student government seek to review, revise and promote the current constitution and all its by-laws this school year. The CCA covers provisions regarding the LS student (definition, bill of rights & duties) and the Sanggunian (jurisdiction, principles, structures, elections, budget, structure, etc). The Office seeks to finish the review of the Constitution and make recommendations to the Central Board as the team deems fit before the end of the Academic Year.
Office of the Secretary General
This office is basically composed of the Secretary-General, the Secretary-Treasurers of the four (4) School Boards, the Secretary-Generals of the Sanggunian Departments, and the Volunteers. The goal of this office is to efficiently release correct and valuable data through the different information portals of the Sanggunian to ensure its transparency to the student body. Proper training will be given this summer and in the course of the year to ensure the development of the skills of the members. Sanggunian IT Management Team
The IT Management Team will be in-charge of maintaining the Ateneo Sanggunian Website, the Ateneo Online Bulletin, and all the technical services that the Sanggunian has.
Sanggunian Editing and Lay-out Team
The Editing and Lay-out Team will be in-charge of editing the status reports, minutes, and attendance reports that will be released by the office to the different groups and or offices in the LS. They will be tasked as well to make sure that the gist of all these editorial releases are presented and are laid out for maximum reading efficiency. The outputs of this team will be dubbed as the Sanggu-Tidbits
Sanggunian Advertising and Promotions Team
The Advertising and Promotions Team be in-charge of screening the promotional materials of the School Boards and the Central Board before they are presented to the general public. They will be tasked to make promotional materials as well for the Central Board and the different offices if necessary.
