SPECIAL EDITION: Undergraduate Online Course and Faculty Evaluation

This is a notice to inform all undergraduate students of the Loyola Schools that you may now fill out the online Course and Faculty Evaluation Forms for Summer 2009 between May 18 to 31, 2009.

The online forms is one of the ways by which we can save on paper and help protect our environment. In addition, this will facilitate in the processing of your honest feedback into the statistics and reports that will help your teacher, the Department, and the School to identify areas of improvement so that you, and the students after you, can have better and more effective relevant courses/programs.

To fill out the online forms:
a) Logon to http://aisis.ateneo.edu.
b) Click on the "Course & Faculty Evaluation". All of your clases for the summer will be displayed.
c) Fill out the Course & Faculty Evaluation form toe each of your classes.

(Note: Please don't try to finish all of the evaluations in one sitting. For each evaluation within the logon period, period for your batch, you have the option to 'SAVE AND CONTINUE LATER' unfinished evaluations or to 'POST' the completed evaluation. At the end of the logon period, however, unfinished evaluations will be posted automatically.)

d) For any questions, you may call the MIS Office within office hours at locals 5170, 5171, and 5175.

It is also requested that all students take the form seriously and to remind and encourage your fellow students to fill out the forms withon the online period for this Summer 2009. Rest assured that your identity will be held in strictest confidence. Only your answers will be made available to your teacher and the appropriate offices.
